Cybersecurity threats are growing and the cybersecurity profession isn’t keeping up. Yet women and minorities are still significantly underrepresented. The [Society for Human Resource Management](https://www.shrm.org/pages/default.aspx) (SHRM) discusses how to bridge the gap.

It is our responsibility to do all we can to enable and encourage women to advance in the cybersecurity field.
